With the plethora of web browsers available, many of us have a favorite. I personally use Mozilla Firefox for all of my web browsing...except when I download Launch software, I then must use MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER.
I had trouble doing downloads using other browsers and after discussing it at length with a Launch Tech rep. IE is the best way to go.
IE gives you the option to select the folder you want to put your download into ..... all other browsers download into their own default folder which could be hard to locate at times ...... Like they say stick with you Internet Explorer it makes things much easier .......... Pip Pip
