Hi All,
Merry Christmas and nice year.
It seems difficult to get the GENUINES X431 512Mb CF cards. The alternatives have been NO longer production...
How can I get that?Any suggestions?

Hi Tommy,

You are correct, 512mb CF cards maybe hard to comeby, but you can use up to a 2GB card in its place. Many launch users run a 1GB or 2GB CF card which also allows them to run multiple versions of the software. This helps for troubleshooting.

I use a Sandisk Xtreme III 1GB CF card, hope this helps.

Mr. G

Hi G,
Thanks for your suggestion.
I have a friend who working in LAUNCH and when I told this issue to him to ask some help he sent me 2pcs of 512Mb CF cards with a tag of X431. I could sure they are GENUINES.They could work fine and the price seem even much cheaper than Sandisk 1GB/2.

Fedex*Kinko's in the San Diego area have them on clearance for $7.77. Maybe not a bad idea to go to your local store and pick one up if you have an X431 or Tool.
