Stay on top of the updates. Check the website at least once a month. If you ever encounter communication errors, software mistakes, erroneous data, etc. please contact Technical Supprt or post the problem here in the forum. Include the following information on your reports: Vehicle Identification Number + Make/Model/Year Serial Number of Tool (Model okay) Version of Manufacturer software Connector used Modules tested + Results (Error or okay) Error messages (if any) The MASTER is great because you do not have to select connectors for most OBDII and CAN vehicles. You should not have trouble using this product if you have previously used or owned an X431.
