I can't get into this Volvo for the life of me, help! I have an x431 wired.
2005 Volvo XC90 VIN: YV1CZ852751207699 Volvo Version: 33.10 Connectors: Canbus II, OBDII-16c No communication with anything! Was able to get data stream through EobdII software.

This system has the new V8 engine, i'm being told from our software engineers that they are currently working on this for the next update
Try accessing through the year 2003/2004...with the latest version of software + the Canbus II connector you should communicate with: CEM, DIM, and CCM
Just did a 2005 XC90 this past Monday using the Super 16. Communication with all modules and all acuations worked, with the excpetion the the door module actuations. Nonethless, I could read all faults, clear all faults and read all data on every module. The super 16 is the dog and pony show for Volvo Launch. No more of the buggy " can not find fitted module" messages and it makes the tool that much quicker.

What version software are you currently using? I know some of my fellow techs have had trouble with volvos, this is exciting news!
