this is my first time doing an update to my x431. is it the same as when i first downloaded the software? thanks in advance for your help!

it's basically the same ..you pick the manufacturers you want ....one at a time .....hit download ..click save and then save a second time ..the updated version should go to the folder you setup when the tool was new ......then move on to the next manufacturer and repeat ... after you have all the manufacturers you want you go to the folder and load them to the cf card ...you may have to erase some of the older version inorder to fit new .make sure you eject the cf card by clicking eject...don't just pull it out of the usb port ..............there are instructions on the main site ...print them and follow ....confusing but simple .......good luck paul
