Is the X31 website down? There have been no updates for about a week now. Does it sometimes go awhile without updates? This is the first time since we got our scanner that I've seen no changes on the website.

website isn't down... just happens to be no updates ....sometimes it will go a few weeks without an update ... chinese new year there is a big wait

Thank you Tatsess. I had no idea it was new year in China. I guess if we are going to have a chinese based tool, we will have to pay more attention to what's going on there.

The New Year holiday is celebrated in the month of February into March. LAUNCH, as well as many companies in the East will close for up to a month and a half. 

The effects on LAUNCH are a delay on major account functions (i.e. admin applications) and foreign language software orders. Typically, there will be staff available on-call in China to take care of these issues.
