Easiest work-around today is to 'print' and then select 'save to file'. Name the file and then transfer to your PC using Microsoft Active Synch. Print from there.
For those that can't do active sync try saving the file as an image, create a folder for the pages you want to print later, then open the TF card on your PC to view the images as "photos" (your PC will open with the default program for viewing photos). The size of the image can then be adjusted like you would a picture from a camera.
You can now print directly from your Diagun to a printer (using the Print cable included with the Diagun). Acceptable printers include Brother, HP and Epson brands. Select "Other printer" if you do not see your brand of printer. Images print roughly 1/4 of an 8 1/2 x 11 " paper.
The X431 PrinterPack 2.0 is the multiple printer driver needed for utilizing the print function.
The printer pack 1.0 driver was developed for the compact diagun printer, which I do not know if they are going to release the actual printer anytime soon.
But the 2.0 printer driver worked just fine for me on 3 different printer manufacturers.
Just the 2.0 printer driver ~ thats the one to use with your printer.
The other printer driver was for a portable printer they were making just for the Diagun, which has not been released yet. So no need to worry about that printer driver.
Just go with the 2.0 and you should be able to print on your own printer.
Update: I tried to install the X431 printer pack V 2.0 and it will not show up in the update tools because it does not have the smartbox number attached to the file name. When you download the printer pack this is what you see: X431_PrinterPack_V_2_0_EN
All of your other files have 5 digits of your Smartbox number showing at the end of the file name.
I remember this issue because the Launch engineers released this same printer pack to Diagun users 3 or 4 months ago and the same issue came up. They removed it after a week or so.
i try get my mw260 to work with the diagun still to this not working try the up dates printer works ok for laptop on usb but form diagun can not find usb comes up or it beening used

Just tested a newer Lexmark inkjet printer S315 that claims to have PCL 6 Emulation but it definitely doesn't work.
To me it seems the problem is with the Diagun printer driver and not which printer language is supported. When you select 'other printers', there are only 2 choices for 'Port': 'IRDA' or 'Network'.
It seems to me it would require a 'USB' port selection in order to work. No matter what combination I try, I'm getting the error message 'Not found printer'.
If you go through the 'Brother' option and select 'printer setting' you will find the following 'Port' options: USB, FILE, COM0-COM9,BSP1-BSP4.
1. Connect old printer. 2.wince5 ask about driver-write " usbprn.dll ".If windows closed-printer can work with Diagun,if open again -no. 3.Reset. 4.Test print.Set port-LPT1. I print with HP Offset 6000,hp laserJet 1300 . If wince5 no ask about driver-uninstall printerpack 2.
