99 Caravan VIN

Today I went to install a recon PCM in a caravn and could not figure out how to program the VIN using the chrysler menu.

I had to drag out my old tool to assign the VIN.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I feel your pain.  I have always held the Launch in higher regards over my Snap-On, only to pull out the Snap-On to perform this function.  I guess you can't win them all.
