2009 Dodge Caliber Won't Connect

Hi guys,

I had a buddy with a 2009 Dodge Caliber that his x431 tool could not connect too. We tried the CanBus II connector and the Super 16 with no luck.

Even the generic global side OBD software would not connect.  Any ideas?

He got into a 2007 and a 2008 Caliber with no problems.
