Ever get this message? "Please close diag box before run diag program." 1. Check that your connector is receiving power. 2. Check that the blue light on the connector is solid. (If not, pair the blue tooth) 3. Did you recently update that vehicle software? Don't forget to update Display. 4. Try the reset button on the back. You can use your stylus to push it. When all else fails, call Technical Support! 877-528-6249 x4 __________________

Another big one is that people will often click on the 'cable' icon and not the 'bluetooth' icon. This oversight will also trigger the 'please close dialog box' message, unless you actually cabled up and disabled bluetooth. __________________
