am i missing something?..i can't find an upgrade for the super 16 connector on the launch software download page ..paul

Do you have a diagun? If so, the super 16 doesn't apply and you won't see it in your download center. Otherwise, with a super scanner (standard), infinite or tool, it will be on page 3 alphabetically between subaru and suzuki.

Looks like a call to Launch tech support is in order. That software is important to have on your tool. There are cases when the super 16 connector will lock up and the only way to unlock it is to 'flash' it with the upgrade software.
