I successfully downloaded the APP for my iphone and the Lexus software but everytime I try to diagnose and quit, it freezes up and nothing will allow me to get past the tab that asks me if I want to quit. Shutting it down does not help because upon restart it goes right back to the tab asking me if I want to quit diagnosis. waste of hours and hours of time
