Would like to know if Launch has any kind of trading program for x431.

I do have one of the very first equipments sold in Mexico by a distributor no loger existing in the marquet.

Of course new distributors does not recognice my situation as a Launch customer.

Since this situation is a major problem for me I really would like to know where can I complaint about this situation.

And if Launch has any kind of trading program where the will take my old X431 in favor of a new equipment.
