Please visit www.crecorder.com using Internet Explorer. On the homepage click on the tab for "Products" and the scroll until you see the "Download" button in the CRecorder information window. You need to first install the software. Then you can save the firmware update to your PC. With the CRecorder II connected, open the software and click on the icon "System Setting" and click the binoculars to the left of "firmware" to browse for the firmware update you saved to your PC. Then click OK. Upgrade should take 1-5mins.
