Pt Cruiser wont start

I am repairing a Pt Crusier 2002. I have replaced the Cam and Crank Shaft, but it still will not crank, but it will start. Any advice?

need more info if you want help. if it won't crank, how did you get it started?

I assume you powered the crank circuit to start. Make sure you have B+ from the ignition switch circuit. These are high failure units.
