trying to get engine data for a 02 Volks Golf 2.0L AVH.  I know it's the same for other Volkswagon vehicals. I assume it's in the " Data Block Measurement". it ask for the Channel (0-255) to get into the info I need. does anyone know if there's a list somewhere that has all the channels and their definitions?

If you sift through the SSP's listed here, you may find information about them.

I heard on the new VW update, you can look up some measuring blocks on the Launch itself. Has anyone verified this?

from an email i received today

LAUNCH is pleased to announce that we are sponsoring PTEN's webcast on "Computer Re-Learns on European Vehicles", specifically dealing with issues related to battery replacement.

Watch as Jerry "G" Truglia re-learns the immobilizer system on a late model Volkswagen, using a LAUNCH scan tool.

Did you know that the latest Volkswagen & Audi software versions contain channel ID information?  This newly added feature will also be displayed in the webcast!
