Hi ,

I bought LAUNCH Creader V. I have following problem. My computer can not connect to the appliance. Installed by driverite crecorder.com, as well as scantool.com but nothing works. On my computer it is installed win xp sp3. Can anyone help

Hello,

Have you tried it on another PC?

Last I heard, the CReaderV didn't have any issues with XP OS.

Hello

I tried three other computer but no result. You'll have to try maybe with WIN 7
