I have seen it in some mostly GM. Gave me the option to turn them off or on and set the delay time they stay on after you turn the vehicle off. not sure if I have seen it on anything before 2000 year models though.
Have had a few customers asking if DRL's can be switched on in various models thanks for the GM tip.
