GDS stuck on loading latest info verifies serial number ect then on loading latest info it never loads tried x431.com and all is well shows downloads no problem. any ideas

What did you select on the GDS prior to this screen? This is when you are plugged into a vehicle?

brand new unit not connected to vehicle also internet explorer wont work
figured it out under x431 website domain settings was set to hong kong istead of china
