I purchased a Crecorder 2, verfied by being able to update firmware. win 7 software connects great and connects to usb cable to unit. I put it in the chrysler 1998 Jeep wrangler (ISO) and went for drive, cant get any data?? I will try today again to see if I am not doing it right? Any info apprecited. Really wanted the data logging feature to find very itermittant problem??

Make sure you are formatting AND setting the time on your CR2 before you plug it into a vehicle. The time set is located under 'clock' under the 'Upload' icon.
ok i reinstalled the firmware twice, and tried several runs, set the clock etc, it will not connect to a 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ SE , which is chrysler ans ISO protocol. But it is not total loss will connect to 2005 Malibu. It seemed to connect to 2000 toyota camry, will have to retest that one. I will keep it but REALLY wanted it for the jeep......................sad.
If anyone can recommended a solution let me know.
