When I turn on the Diagun main screen popup and I cannot do anything , looks like there is no pointer arrow and the touchscreen doesnt work , I already try the reset button on the back . Any help will be appreciate

How old is the unit? Did you remove the plastic film that it ships with? I've heard of some people use them as a screen protectors which they are not.
Can you calibrate your screen? Could be a bad touchscreen panel.
Doesn't work due to needing new DIGITIZER or the digitizer ribbon cable came off lcd board. Had same issue and replaced digitizer with one off ebay and fixed issue. Same crap happens with ipod touches digitizers stop working or act up. just replace its a 20.00 part.
