Ok so I bought the new gds about six months ago and there are a few issues I have been unable to resolve. The printer wont work anymore although it does pull paper through when I open the tray. It just says printer not detected when I try to use it. Also, I seem to be completely unable to export screenshots via usb (or any data for that matter). I would like to be able to access the base windows system, system bios and file structure. There is a menu in the tool to access manufacturer settings and tests but I don't know the password. I noticed that on one occaision the tool failed to boot properly and went into a dos based recovery mode but I really don't want to try to do that on purpose. any help is appreciated.
