I have the Diagun 431 with Smartbox. When I try to connect to smartbox via bluetooth it doesnt work. No connection is available. The smartbox I can find via my mobilephone but not with my diagun. Connection via cable is no problem. So what can I do or find out whats the problem?
Since your phone recognizes the bluetooth and it connects by wire it's doubtful that the smartbox died. Did you try to re-establish a bluetooth "sync" from the "setting" tab on the vehicle select screen? You could also try a hard reset using the "reset" button on the rear of the PDA unit itself, usually works for me.
