I noticed the Launch Tech has not responded to this complaint. I am also having the same problems, is this a fault with the Diagun III? It seems there is no support for this issue and I am beginning to wonder if I made a mistake purchasing this tool. My Diagun 3 is only 3 months old and I did not expect any issues with it so soon and I chose Launch because I figured they were the better company
Hello, I have the same problem with my X431 Diagun. It doesn't shows anything on the screen anymore, doesn't switch ON. Anybody please can give me idea what I can do to fix it? or is there any service center in the Philippines?
