To anyone contemplating buying a Launch Pad for domestic USA use, DO NOT purchase it!! There is no adaptor available for it to work with Chrysler vehicles. It will not work! You will be left with a very expensive tablet and a Chrysler vehicle you cannot scan! There is no adaptor and no fix yet!! Both Launch and Mac Tools lied! There ads never say this problem!
Had a 2007 BMW sedan 528 with a dash warning indicator when turning corners. I have a Launch Pad fully updated bought from MAC Tolls for 4000 dollars, what a waste! It would not communicate at all with the BMW auto mode, manual mode, 16 pin, wireless, and wired. A total dissapointment!!!!! I used a SnapOn Verus, and it scanned all modules, gave me codes etc.... Why wtf? nthis Launch tool is useless!!! First it wont scan chrysler vehicales all! 1996 to 2002! without a chrysler 16 adaptor, now this!! I am tired of lack of support for this totally uselss tool! Take it back! It is a pile of crap! Snap On rules!!! Launch is crap!
