Recently updated software v47.10, v47.00 , neither version will work on this 99 camry

autodetect will not work, manual selection will not work, Japan, North America, Other area will not work.
seems to try to get there on Japan area, displays catagories, ie: Engine/Ect, ABS, etc. but when you select it goes into an endless loop. Unable to communicate, key on?, etc.
