My dealer says he has no idea what I am talking about when I ask for a Chrysler-16 connector. Does anybody else have this problem? Launch needs to release a list of all the connectors for EACH device, not just one. Because they don't all connect to all the tools, and why is it that Chrysler 1996-2002 is the only they couldn't get in the smart-16 connector?

It has something to do with the protocol used between those years. I believe Launch is coming out with a software fix for the GDS and Pad that does not require the hardware.

I would email support@launchtechusa.com and see what they have to say.

Is that the update that was released 9/2/13? Everything in the main module updated.
