Hello, i was eyeballing the EasyDiag Bluetooth adapter.

so i was wondering if anyone has had any issues with it aside from verification issues ive read?

and the software for the EasyDiag, does it come with purchase of the adaptor?

 

if there is a page answering these and shoot me a msg with html.

Most EasyDiag failures are down to user error, not following instructions properly, and local device settings being incorrect.
It is so difficult to help people with this product due to such a large number of variables which are outside Launch's control.

My advice with EasyDiag is;

Download the app from Playstore or iTunes, if it don't download it is because it is not compatible with your phone/tablet!!!!
(EasyDiag is not compatible with every smart phone or Apple device, I know that may be shocking for some misers out there but get over it)

Create a user name and password following the on screen instructions, also in booklet.

Register the dongle with your user account following the instructions in the booklet.

THATS IT, DONE!

Plug dongle into vehicle, click on EOBD it will pair with your device and away you go.

From personal experience it works better with Android than iPhone/tablets. If you are using iPhone/tablet make sure your devices language is set to "English" not "English USA" or "English UK" and any other variants as the software doesn't like it.

The Android App has lots of problems, starting with User Registration .. simply does not work.

You cannot use this product without User registration .. it fails right at the start so you never get to use it?

I am still waiting for someone from Launch Tech to provide a solution and some feedback .. so far no response!

You cannot set the language to English the only option is English UK

I cannot register because the registration is messed up due to incompatibility issues.
