Cannot Download English Updates

I just bought and registered brand new Diagun III and after registering, it only gives me option to download chinese lanugage updates and I live in USA and need english version of updates. My unit serial number is 983190103340. Anyone who ca assist me, will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

When you go to the page, at the top there should be a button to translate to English.
