Hello I have Auto Book 2010 need to up date. the unit is new only used 1 time. I use to sale this tools for mac tools when. i closed my route the customer gave back unit to me. He is no longer in the area so i need to get a new user name and password for the Launch site. need help with this. can anybody tell what to do now to get unit in my name for the launch web site.
