Had to be done over the phone, wait 20 minuets and update! Was real easy just not convenient for those busy during business hours. Once I had a minuet to call it was all said and done in less than 5 minuets. Love the GDS - just wish I loved the support, documentation, and dealer product availability/ knowledge of products as much!!!!!
