Does anyone know if and how I can reprogram a new transmission Module with the launch scanner for a 2007 C230 Mercedes?

No. This unit will need to be programmed and SCN coded.

No, code scanners can't do programming. What's your car model? Maybe you need KESS V2 that works with most brands.
