HELLO ALL

i have CRP 123 PROF..

if i connect with car.....and go first choice ( diagnostic section) ... show me ...fail fail fail ...fail !!!!

 

and if i update download take more tim !!! show me plazzz wait ..  fult download

I also have the same problem with a brand new (August-2015) CRP123. After performing Registration and download of data and firmware, it says "fail, fail.... When I request the Diagnostic/OBDII sequence, with the tool connected to my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer.

I interpret this to mean that it failed to establish communications with my vehicle's ECU, via its OBDII DLC.

can anyone help to resolve this? Thank you.

does another scanner connect with the vehicle? i am wondering if the dlc fuse is blown
