I recently had gotten the EasyDiag for Android. At first things registered and worked fine. But when I was going to use the device and pair it to my phone, it pulled up needing a PIN. Couldn't figure out where to find the PIN. I then went to try and activate the device, I started having log in issue. At first when I log in, it says "Login Succeeded" Then about 5 seconds later it reads "Error!Please log in again!". And each time I log in and do anything, it cycles login, error, login, error.
I don't know but I recently got a new phone and tried registering and I've been getting the same error messages! I've been at this for hours, even tried registering it to my old phone and still nothing! I spent a lot of money on this setup with the programs, not happy right now!
I have the serial number, I have the verification number. I successfully logged into my account. But it won't let me register the device. Keeps saying, "Error! Please log in again!"
Same problem here. Worked great until having to wipe my phone for an unrelated issue. Now I can't register my connector again. I've contacted Launch - hoping they resolve this.
JUST bringing this thread back to light but i just received a EASY DIAG says made for android i went to download the software followed all the steps registered my email got a cc and when i try to log in it says user name doesn't exist! thats on my note2 on my fiancés iphone5 i get the log in but registering the device it self it states this SN doesn't exist.....is this an app issue or do i have a knock off obd2 reader
I spend hours on it an gave up. Today as I got on the phone with Launch tech support I tried it once, still fail. Tried it again, and it was like something clicked and it registered!! It was such a relief! I must have tried like 40 times prior to it but with no clear explanation it finally registered. Anyone else who has success let me know. I'm sure I won't always have this phone and would definitely like to know if there's a good explanation for all this for the next time I'll have to do this again.
