Had the same problem, CRP123 would not allow updates to the micro SD card. Went into the card via "my computer" and then into the vehicles file and deleted all. Update worked afterward without a problem. Apparently the updates keep adding on instead of replacing old files therefore filling up the card. Their update program needs work, it should tell you the card is full but instead it just says the download failed.
