I registered on the website www.x431.com for my product X431 Standard serial starting with 9802xxx and on the register screen it rejects the serial with the message "Current Product of this serial No. does not exist".
Please advise how I can bypass this message and proceed to download the software to update the CF card. I have searched and have not found anything or probably have used the wrong terminology.
