I have a new/used demo x431gds and I'm having problems with the browser. I am unable to sign on to alldata, iatn etc. due to the enter/ login button does not function. The button changes color but does not function.
I was able to download and update the car programs on the scantool no problem. I was then going to download updated software to the unit itself (U disk) in hopes it would fix my problem.
So I downloaded the files to my laptop but it will not open them. I get messages of the archive is in either unknown format or is damaged. I have tried both winzip and WinRAR but both are the same. My laptop is running windows 8.
Perhaps I need a different file opening program or????
