X431 iDiag for IOS / Impossible "Login"

Dear all,

 

I bought a new X431 iDiag for IOS. Software V3.10.005 Download from App store was OK. After registration and restart it's not possible to "login" again: "Account or password incorrect". I try'd also "forgod password" -> retrieve password via email" but I don't recieved any mail. What can I do now?
