X431 idiag android can't pair pinless device

Hi,
Does anyone knows how to pair bluetooth PINLESS device to Android Kitkat OS ? 
I bought an X431 idiag for Android but I can't pair my device because it's always pop up a message asking me to input passkey (PIN) to pair.
As far as I know X431 doesn't have passkey (PIN), anything that I input as PIN gives me an error (0, 0000, 1234, _, etc) and leaving it blank, will disable OK button. I also tried with Bluetooth Auto Pair app with no success. 

If anyone know how to do it, I will be very gratefull.

I typed in 1234.

I did have problem having multiple idiags on one tablet.  

I just had to clear app data.  not just cache.

I have the same problem and when using the pin code which comes with the devise it does not pair and re ask for the code again.

Hi,

I had the same problem.
Open Application-Tab (Taskmanager) and long press on idiag.
Then "End process".

Now pair the device.

It looks like idiag blocks the BT Communication to new devices
