Problem with my new CPR 123...I purchased a new unit from my Matco tool rep...I was told to download latest software before using....I did that from launch website...Tool works great except ...I can not read any data or codes on a Ford or Toyota...I have pulled codes from ABS , AIRBAG and ECM on General Motors cars and trucks , Honda , Kia , Chrysler and Jeep.....BUT every time I conect to a Ford product or a Toyota product. I get a error message saying vehicle not supported....I talked to Matco rep I purchased the tool new from and he told me to try the download again...I did this and the problem is still the same..Can not read a Ford or Toyota...does not matter what model of Ford or Toyota..get the same error message...I tried to email Launch , but my emails keep coming back as no such address...I tried to call , 2 times but can never get past automated phone system. I left a message on 1 of the calls , NO RETURN CALL..What is the problem with my tool ???? And does Launch really have a customer service dept. ??
I had the same problem with Ford and Toyota. There is a new update out for Ford and it seems to work. I could not communicate with 2013 explorer with old software. I updated and it is working now. Mine is CRP129 though.
