easydiag device problem

hi .. i have a problem to connect easydiag device after I install new software easydiag to my new ipad. before it; it can connect and use my easydiag device and can connection with my friend ipad. after it can use it.. i buy a new ipad and have problem to use it. when i register my easydiag, "it register other user". how to solve this problem? please help me how to do and i can use my easydiag to scan my car. tq sir/madam. have a nice day

first of all you please may check are you registered on launch create and change www.dbscar.com
they take two days for it.
