Need help with CRP123

I'm trying to set up my reader and the only thing on the screen is lib files are not exist. Did anybody else run into this and what can I do? I tried hitting all the buttons and nothing happens. Thanks for any help.

Hello Sir,

You are going to have to go to launctechusa.com/crp

it will have instructions there how to run the program once you do this successfully you will have to download the carlines again

then you can insert the SD card back into the scanner.
