How to add South-America models to CRP129

Hi All,

I will be purchasing a CRP129 from US (or China). I'm doublecking that it can be updated first !!.

My questios is how to add the car models from South-America, called Mercosur Area (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, etc.).

Most of the sites do not mention how to add (or upgrade or Firmware) support for South-America cars...
