cant download free EOBD2 iOS

The package doesnt show when i select it with the App, and when i check in the web

the only file that show is the firmware update

All Easy Diag for iOS Apple products must make sure that the data plan or cellular data settings are turned on for this EasyDiag application.
You must open the main Settings menu and Cellular Settings menu, then look for the EasyDiag application and TURN ON the DATA/Cellular service.

i have cellular data on and wifi on, look the screens

 

when i select EOBD no option is  show

Hello 

 I use the idiag Software on the Iphone 5 and have the same problem. 

How can we solve it? 

The Benz Software funtions without any problems to download.

Hello Guys

Yesterday i could download the EOBD2 File

Before i deletet some Files on my IPhone. I dont know if this is the key but now its ok.
