In order to provide an accurate solution can you please verify the serial number on this device?

According to your brief description it appears the micro-sd memory card has most likely reached maximum capacity and is too full to accept any changes. The simple solution to this is to REFORMAT your existing micro-sd memory card thru your windows desktop computer menu under removable disk.

The first step is to recover the register code inside the main screen HELP menu and scroll down Tool Information and record/write down the activation code because this code is you default login password.

If this unit will NOT allow any selections from the main screen then will will need to download the CRP Fix recover files from the home page at www.launchtechusa.com/crp/

Once you have REFORMATTED you existing micro sd memory card please follow these easy instructions listed here below:
Please download and run the "CRP123 & 129 one-click update" on our websites home page www.launchtechusa.com to register the unit. You can also click the direct link here to download the software.

Walk through the install wizard to download software to your computer. Once completed you will see an folder on you desktop labeled launch_diy.exe.

Power on the unit and go to help, tool information, and write down the register code.

Insert the TF card that is located inside the crp into the TF card reader then plug the TF card reader into your USB port on your computer. Your computer will tell which removable disk drive your TF card is located. Make sure to remember which location it is in. Please double click the crp_update.exe folder on your desktop and it will walk you through the registration and software download process.

To format the microsd card please insert the sd card in to the computer via sd card reader. The computer will give you the location removable disk E or G for example. Go to computer and right click the correct removable disk location and select format. Please make sure quick format is checked and select start.

goodmorning my name is Luis Leon greetings, the problem that I have to register the product an crp 129 it acquired this year and the purchase is made by Amazon to store Obd2tool Store, when I make the registration of user within the page www. x431.com and also on page cnlaunch.com and will register the product tells me the machine's serial number does not exist and the number displayed on the back of crp129 965 090 006 576 and the serial number on the tool information is 965090006575 are different numbers and can not register the product in any of the pages and dimensioned to upgrade please if I can solve the problem or be grateful to receive some guidance ... thank you very much

hello admin,

i have almost the same problem, my tf-card is broken, i got a new one i formatted it and used CRPFIX.EXE but when i turn on the crp129 ist say " DOWNLOAD.BIN is not exist" and turn on without tf-card its say"Some system files are not exist!" . but the download.bin is in tfcard "\CR_VII\FIRMWARE\", i tried with diy_launch too. and the same problem.

my serial is : 965090006576

please what can i do ??????
