getting the update

to anyone who can help. I can get the update on the mini card as I can see the date and time its installed on the mini.

but once I put the mini in my creader 123 pro it doesn't ask to update like it says in the instructions .

whats the deal anyone ?

Only time it will ask to update is when the Firmware has been updated.

As far as I know, anyway.....

Mine is working well:)

YES, whabamdo is correct the CRP 123/129 units will typically only update when the Firmware has been updated.
But, also if the micro sd memory card has reached maximum capacity it will NO longer install any new downloads may fail.
Please make sure to REFORMAT your existing micro-sd memory card thru your windows Start Menu and My Computer for Removable Disks.

You can also try downloading the CRP Fix recovery files from the www.launchtechusa.com/CRP and download onto your micro-sd memory card.
Please make sure to recover the register code from the Main HELP menu and Tool Information Screen and write down this register code.
This register code will be used as the default login password when updating thru the Launch DIY icons installed on the windows desktop.

From what I saw looking on the mini card there was two files of folders or firmware with different dates.
The tool dealer I just got the scanner from now has the tool and is playing with it .
Said he was going to call the hotline.
