Easydiag does not connect when I select my ssangyong software.

Hi, I bought a EASYDIAG tool 3 months  ago  and worked fine after download free the ssangyong software.

after an upgrade appear an error message,  the message I have is below (sorry is in spanish but I will try to translate to english)

"INFORMATION

The serial number of the SMARTBOX does not match with the selected diagnosis program selected,

refresh the Display Program or contact with your post-sales service."

any help will be appreciated because I am lost with this issue. thanks for help.

In order to better assist your issue, please provide us with your units actual serial number......Only after we can verify your serial number we can make a more accurate suggestion. It is very possible you may be using the overseas version for the China Launch Tech X431-iDiag instead of the USA North American version for Launch Tech USA only can use the EZ Diag version V2.00.009 for Android or Version V2.53.000 for Apple iOS.

Hi, I solved this problem but after a release I am not able to login.....

my email address used for register my device is bistro-salado@hotmail.es and now I am not able to reset my password, I do not receive any email from launch after use the application in order to reset my password.

my serial number is 966793049600 

please help.
