According to your brief description we can only suggest that you should try to download an older previous version of the Porsche software.
It is NOT uncommon that with any aftermarket scan tools you may require to use another older previous version.
Especially if this vehicle is over 10-12 years old. We understand you need ABS, but have you tried to communicate with the Generic EOBD2??
Can you also verify your units actual serial number so we can verify your registration status??
