New CRP129

Downloaded update on two different computers and icon installed for update but when box pops up it give me only select language and print manager....the serial # box does not highlight to enter it...first time it did and when I got to download it asked what drive c, d, e, or f...all drives on my computer but that little memory card went into usb port and that was not option to download to?....all that doesn't mater now because I can't even get to update to screen at this point.

reply at; unmitigated; Sorry to know about your technical difficulties with the Launch DIY interface.
It is possible you may have a few security or desktop settings issues going on here.
We would like to suggest that you make sure that you are using the windows XP/ Win 7 desktop with Internet Explorer browser.
If you are using any other browser like Google Chrome or FireFox, Mozilla may cause script read issues.
Another suggestion would be to try to temporarily disable your security firewall or the windows allowed programs settings.
In some rare cases it is very common that your laptop or desktop monitor resolution is not compatible with our Launch DIY.
Please check or change the resolution on your desktop to allow all of the tabs and entry fields to be populated.
