I have recently bought the Launch CReader 123 VIII and am having a little trouble getting the data recorded on the device to upload to the computer. I have record mode set to on on the device and the data appears to be available on the device but when I connect it to the computer and attempt to read it though ScanPrint, I get various codes on screen i.e. "Uª3Uª3Uª3Uª3Uª3Uª3"
Does anyone have a solution for this or another method of uploading the recorded data from the device.
